Chilli pepper oil

Pippo grows by hand the best Sicilian chillies. Once they are ready, we put them in special airtight vessels with Sangaspano extra-virgin olive oil, variety Biancolilla. We let the whole thing rest for about twenty days in our oil mill at a steady temperature. The result is a fruity and spicy oil.
